Kelly’s Cause Foundation trains folks from all different levels of the hospitality industry in Mental Health First Aid with the support of Mental Health First Aid England. Our vision: A mentally healthy hospitality industry for all. Our mission: To train Mental Health First Aiders and Champions in the hospitality industry across the UK. Our aims: Reduce the stigma around mental health by encouraging open and honest conversations, change the working culture in the hospitality industry to improve mental health and well-being, enable hospitality businesses to prioritise the mental health and well-being of their staff, provide and signpost to resources particular to the hospitality industry.

The two day Mental Health First Aid Course provides participants with an in-depth understanding of mental health and the many factors that contribute to an individuals well-being. Participants learn practical skills to spot the signs of a number of different mental health issues.
The course will also provide participants with the confidence needed to support a person in a mental health crisis using the Mental Health First Aid action plan, as well as the correct place to guide someone for further support.
